Anyway. Is Kemp returning a la Doyle beyond the realms of possibility?By all accounts he's not playing well and it would surely be in MKD interests to rebuild his saleability if nothing else?
Not sure MK would want him to compete with the other player they have loaned us would they?

Kemp is out of contract at the end of the season so there is no saleability to rebuild.

I was under the impression that Kemp was going to be recalled to sell. (I'd heard a few rumours from reasonably sound sources) obviously Franchise changed their manager and their thinking could have changed.
With him being out of contract in the summer (not sure about options of an additional year) and him being 25 Franchise now face losing him for nothing. Given we are the only other side that can play him and the fact we don't have any money, I think it's highly unlikely we'll be able to buy him. Franchise do seem to be playing a risky game, perhaps they have promised him regular game time and he has a good shot of promotion which could force his hand into a new contract also.
The thing with Kemp in a Franchise team is that he's playing with more talented players in that side, Jack Payne, Gilbey and Tomlinson for example. In our team he shone lime a beacon, same at Hartlepool. I'm not sure he will at Franchise but will be part of a side looking up, rather than on a long road to going nowhere quickly at Swindon.

That would be... surprising. He's had a good last month or so, but really struggled to make any sort of impression earlier in the season.

I struggle to believe that rumour. He's been decent but nothing special.

That’s cos Flynn never picked him. He was injured for a while, too.

He's played 27 games, including 18 starts! http://swindon-town-fc.co.uk/Person.asp?PersonID=KINSELL1 - sure McEachran/Khan/Kemp was generally the preferred three for the first part of the season but he was hardly putting in compelling performances to change that. Certainly much better in the last month, but if you'd asked who in our squad would attract interest from higher up I don't think he'd have been in my first five answers!

No way has he played in virtually every game this season. Wiki says 9.

I 100% believe Rich's site over Wiki. TBF he's started half the league games (14 of 28), & started the League Cup game at Peterborough & the 3 Pizza Cup games. His 9 sub appearences are genereally the last 15/20 mins
