Brann hasn't played enough games to count as a pro keeper. The emergency loan rules are actually counter productive for number 2 keepers like him in that there's an incentive for us to never play him - I think if he plays five pro games then it's no emergency loan for us. Must be very frustrating.
Yeah they need to up the amount of games for that rule or it just means you have loads of number 2 keepers that never play. Its a farce.

Brann has done at Supermarine what lending clubs want. Made a few mistakes early but has got some experience and now looks a decent keeper at this level. Pulled off one superb save on Saturday. Would probably be best to loan him out a level up next time. He could make it but I rated Will Henry and that didn't work out. On a different note, behind me in the very small queue Saturday were a family of 4 Town fans who said they were never setting foot in the CG again. I don't think the exodus has started but they saw a very good game of football without being rinsed at every touch point. They could all get in for less than 1 adult ticket at STFC.

good move for him, if you are going to bench warm do it in better style, more money and a longer contract.

Was a good save wasn’t it?. And I doubt they’ll be the only ones voting with their wallets on a Saturday afternoon. I particularly enjoyed the roll from behind the bar with my pint of Carling. An egg, tomato and eggshell combo. The added crunch added to the overall texture and eating experience.

Good move for him and hopefully more money than a Walsall would be, for all the good that will do us.

Losing a player to Walsall or Wimbledon would be another low to add to the list

One of my work colleagues up in Bradford is a Saddlers fan and goes to every home game and a fair few away ones too. I had cause to speak to him today and I mentioned Hutton. He’d heard the speculation but stressed he’s not coming to us. If Stockpot want him we can’t compete financially or reputationaly. So if Stockpot is off then it’s another team in for him?

Yes, just seen that. Appears it was a done deal (all but) until the last minute.
