Not seen that on here. Just critical of the recruitment policy taking players from same league clubs. Not unwarrented, it's a risky strategy. So far 2 out of 3 have been good. Which ain't bad.

There are plenty of exceptions but i think right now we are all looking for a few things specifically.

1. Physicality - bigger/stronger players
2. Experience - multiple seasons of league football, preferably having won a promotion before or played higher up the leagues
3. Exciting young talent we are investing in with potential

Players can work with none of these three for sure.

However signing number 1 ticks none of these boxes. He maybe gets a light scratch next to number two as played one season in league one (for a team that got relegated).

‘ They’re different types of midfielder. DD has mainly played as a standard central midfielder whereas Kemp is more a 10.

I really like DD but he hasn’t had a run of games and just can’t cement himself in the team. I expected a LOI or national league loan, not league 2, but it sounds like Swindon can’t really pick a full 18 at the moment so he probably will get the time he needs.’
