Not blown away by that signing but at least he has some appearances and goal involvements in the league this season. Disappointed not to see us make a marquee permanent signing and my fears that we look to be relying on cheap loans haven’t exactly been quashed by this announcement. Hopefully we will have unearthed another gem and will have incorporated an option to buy if he turns out to be decent. Good luck Dawson!

Who the fuck knows. I see nothing in his resume to make me get excited by this signing. So meh, wait and see.
It does nothing for the long term building of this squad. Lets right off this season. We need to be building for next season, this type of loan is not that.
It does nothing for the experience of the squad either.
All very meh from me and does nothing to solve our immediate goal scoring problem.
I guess Flynn wants to take a look and if the fella is decent we may end up signing him on a free at the end of the season (depending on what his contract situation is at MK).

He's got another year to run after this season.

Dawson Devoy Are we up a creek?! I mean he has a few games for MK so not a complete noob. But I'm not in the Season ticket queue either.

Yeah and if he is good enough, then MK extend his contract and they say thanks we are not selling, fuck off! The club needs to acquire, develop and sell assets. Selling players for good cash is vital to the clubs well being. These type of loans are awful. Loans from Championship are fine, if they do well, the championship club still doesn't want them, we have a chance to keep them.

Nice of us to have set up a relationship with Franchise where we loan and develop their leftovers that we could never afford permanently and make them a pretty penny profit
Even nicer that we’re in the same division so if they’re any decent, they can go straight back into MK’s squad as well. Outstanding.

Very difficult in January. We will see a lot of turnover in the summer but no indication we won't further be degraded yet. and my fears that we look to be relying on cheap loans haven’t exactly been quashed by this announcement. Quite x 2. Felt the same about Young and Ward (B). Sometimes they work out, sometimes not. ==== So what's our footballing link to MK Franchise then?

So our loan relationships have gone from Celtic, Spurs, Liverpool and now MK. Braintree next?

We’re Franchise’s feeder club. What a time to be a Town fan!

The best i can say based on this is he looks to have a better long range pass than any of our current midfield. Which is important for a team with wingbacks thats otherwise very slow switching play for an overload. While right footed he looks competent with his left, which is nice.

He's a 6/10 middle of the road signing I think. Not going to blow anyone's socks off, but he's also not an 18 year old with no professional appearances. Let's see who else comes in and how many of them.
