Pull the other one.

The fact that the training pics spam has stopped indicates to me - there will be players involve that they don’t want to announce publicly (why though I don’t know) yet…

If you are right and they have signed - why the secrecy?

I will go with leave it as late as possible Colchester won't know who will line up against them.

There has to be some rules around registering a match day squad in advance I’d have thought…

Registering yes, announcing who knows what the rule is??
I'm clutching at straws hoping that's the silence

We need to register players by a certain time on Friday for them to be eligible to play Saturday. Those don’t have to be announced right away but I’m sure there’s some form of team registration access that other teams can look at if they really wanted to.

Please no.
I concur and reiterate that point, Please God no. Wakeling cannot play LWB he has showed that under Lindsey and Morris. Look at his sending off when playing there vs Stockport when he was caught out of position early on and fucked up costing us the game essentially.

I hope that Flynn realises that Wakeling can play wide left when pushed but is basically a striker, thats it, do not use him as a utility player, as others have said I don't think Flynn rates him but I think there is a player in there when utilised correctly, but, LWB is not that.

I'd been told Godwin-Malife and Edwards were done, and they were waiting on Young to announce them all together. Who the hell knows at this point.

Yeah, no shit Wakeling isn’t a wing back.
Who else we gonna play there Saturday?

I’ve heard Lavinier has no interest in going to FGR.

If Lavinier doesn't agree terms does that scupper the Godwin-Mallife deal?

Genesini.

I fear short term, assuming Laviners departure, that FBT will have to play LWB, and Brewitt will play in the back three with Edwards and UGM.

Getting Shade fit or preferably a LWB in is key.

If Lavinier doesnt want to go there, and who could blame him, then it would go to a tribunal.

Yes I would push FBT back to LB/LWB if we get a CB signing in, as I posted in the Colchester thread.

I highly doubt it as he was release by them and is OOC. I think the Lavinier stuff is all speculation tbf.

He'd be better covering at LWB than anyone else on the team purely by virtue that he is a WB already and has played there.
