As you're probably aware by now they've been delayed until tomorrow.

I think it's pretty clear that Whelan's sources at Swindon are few & far between since SDM left. His output on all things STFC related dropped considerably from pretty much around the time he departed. Not that you'd be led to believe from the L2 WhatsApp group that I used to be in, of which Whelan is a member. The amount of hangers on that him & the host of the Lower League Look podcast (who created the group) have is also embarrassing & cringeworthy. |

To be fair they're one of the very few outlets that give the time of day to this division, so your average L2 fan (well, not average but the kind who lives for any kind of gossip) is hardly spoiled for choice. |

Just my late night musing so just run with it. Does a buying or a club taking a loan have any obligation to announce their additional signings? By that I mean suppose we have signed today 1/8/23 two perm and two loans with the intention of playing them all on Saturday, could we leave their ‘arrival’ up to the time we inform the officials of the team selection an hour before KO? For no other reason than to keep the opposition guessing on some level.

I think I read on the adver transfer special timeline update thing they set up yesterday that Flynn was doing a presser (might be just an interview with J.Leighfield) so we might be able to get an (in)accurate update on transfer deals with him.
Although at this stage he's probably better to not say anything at all about timelines as I think this is the third time he's given 'fake news'
