Could be a whole host of reasons. Failed medical, agreeing terms, something better on the horizon. I don't think he said there WILL be, more there is 3 to finalise. |

Players may well be signed. Announcements often need to wait to co-ordinate with the selling /loaning club. That’s why the kemp announcement had to wait until the following morning.
