He's 5ft 9in. 1.8m. Won't be winning too many headers at CB.

Good job we're signing one giant bastard to win them all and play in between him and FBT then......i hope.

Cannavaro was 5' 9, some people can just jump better than others. Same height as Martinez at United.

I hope so too mate. I wonder whether Flynn is thinking of bringing a couple in so he can put FBT or Clayton at LWB . Quite like a splid option when the other gets forward so much

He's a ball-playing CB iirc. Very fast - should be much better than Brewitt at RCB.

If we do sign him can we have a STFC badge overlapping the FGR badge please from the admin on twitter ?

It’s an option and I get the logic.
When Hutton bombs on the LWB drops back into LB and the 3 CBs shift across to make a back 4.

Downside is - if we only have one attacking wing back when teams work us out and pin Hutton back we can’t then exploit the other side. Carbon copy of when we had KKH one side and Rob Hunt to other. An attacking wing back and a full back playing wing back.

I am still nervous of losing Hutton, but also accepting if he's sacrificed but it makes the sweetest better then so be it

That fella we assumed was Rhys Bennett didn’t play as a defender when he came on.

Godwin Malife and Jake Young were in the directors box watching the game apparently. Boo has tweeted a picture of the Young Ones.

All very confusing on twitter but someone has said the forward who came on was Lucias vine from Brentford B?

That's right. The trialist striker was Vine. Mango confirmed this in the pre-season thread.

If he was the No. 9 he doesn’t look like him

Not son of Rowan Vine?
Are we just signing up kids with footballer dads now…
