I’d persist with Darcy. Think there is a player in there. Flynn might be capable of getting it out of him.

Yes, but I think there has been speculation about Adeloye, Hutton and Aguilar. Also that Minturn needs game time. Plus Clayton not settled and Darcy too lightweight. So, perm 4 from that.
As for incoming, there has been speculation about Labadie, Kinsella, Firth and Donervan. So, easy to perm 3 from that.
Also easy to get it wrong completely.

As we can now tell, some of the recruiting of midfield clones was baffling. How Lindsey can say he prefers ‘small, technical players’ is beyond madness in L2. A whole host of short-arsed, lightweight midfielders has done nobody any good - players included.

True, but we do have an abundance of ‘disciples of Tansmedia’ on the forum! 😂

What a dead transfer window so far.
The club need to make a statement of intent signing, to at least give fans some hope and optimism.

Nobody moaned when we signed Reed and Williams. Proven players with experience at a higher level.
We did this just after being on the brink of extinction.
Don't sign shit players and fans won't moan.

What is the club doing to drive season ticket sales at the moment?
How do they intend to convince the remaining 1,000 floating voters from last year to purchase?
It ain't by signing BOO and Labadie, or by Flynn saying how great it is that his mate is from Swindon...
We need some statement signings.
Flynn setting the mood music to "dismal" by whingeing about inflated markets was not a good bit of PR.
