With everyone fully fit. We could put out.

                       Brynn
Laviner.   Clayton.     FBT.   Tomlinson
               Khan.        Cain
      Hutton.      Williams.    Wakeling
                        Austin

With a decent bench too. Darcy, Shade, RHM, Jephcott

Not bad

Decent, that is…

Although oddly two left footed centre backs worry me for no logical reason what so ever

That’s a very decent looking side. Hopefully we will have got the Spurs CB signed before deadline too.

People need to stop putting hutton as a winger just because he is a good attacking full back. He is not a winger.

The squad needs depth and more quality imo. Particularly in midfield.

He might not be a winger but I think with him & Lavinier at the club we’d be stupid not to at least try one in front of the other either / both ways round.

agreed. in our system he doesn't really need to defend, we dominate most games and have ball playing center backs and full backs pushed high. hes having a fantastic season at right back and shouldnt be moved to accommodate anyone.

He is pretty poor at defending, so I do think it would be worth seeing him in that further forward position.  He has pace, can cut onto his left from time to time and a decent enough cross for someone  like Austin to feed on.  plenty to work with.

I agree with the principle, but for reference whoscored reckons he played right mid 9 times and right side of attack 6 times last season for Barrow

i can't really remember any poor defensive displays from him though, the right side has been very balanced and sound for a long time for me and he has been a stand out. is lavinier a better defender? i can't see that I have seen that much of him at full back and under the cosh either tbh.

we dominate most games and full backs are pushed really high. kind of like the TAA debate for liverpool

Hutton was at fault on one at the weekend just gone I think, and been lost at the back post plenty of times.  It's not a one on one type issue, it's his ability to know where to be when the ball is elsewhere.  I think Lavinier looks more "secure" on what little I have seen.

Either way, that is two attacking right backs, one attacking left back and pretty decent all rounder at left back to choose from.
