Not great if we don’t replace Gladwin, leaves us a body short and without that combative midfielder

One hour to go. Could be like watching paint dry or it could be a rollercoaster!

Sounds like it's only the Spurs kid unless there is a huge surprise. We'll see once the window closes but it's a little underwhelming.

Certainly not a 'we want promotion' window If that's it.

Still have hope, but damn this has been sad so far.

Before the window forced itself off the latch we were clearly not good enough for top three.

We added Austin and traded a couple around - nobody can be sure if the replacements are better, as good or worse to be honest.  Austin however has looked like a difference maker.  There were plenty of games earlier in the season where he could have been the difference between a draw and a win.

With no further additions I'd say Austin on top of our squad as was would give us the edge to be in the play off hunt.  Still not enough to push after the top three slots though.  That is really disappointing for a club like ours to be honest, but it's better than it was a month ago.

Some additions could of course change that complexion.

We still have 3 loan spots for a bunch of Chelsea youngsters, is the loan window still open after tonight?

We don’t know what loans Morris has lined up.

Don’t think so, all closes the same time as far as I’m aware.

Odd if we bring in Morris and Brand and don’t have a Chelsea loan or two.

Not wishing to be negative but I don't see us having enough for promotion this season based on what we have. Massively hope im wrong as sick to the back teeth of this pitiful division.

Maybe we will have a couple of freebies lined up when the window closes.

I wouldn’t be surprised to have deals in the bag but at this late stage, what is the point in blowing a trumpet to an empty auditorium? Bigger news story if everything is announced tomorrow when all the premier noise has died down.

this type of window with lindsey in charge would have been horrific.

morris could and should be the biggest signing we have made and through better set up and coaching our fringe players could be like new signings. thats the hope anyway.
