Plenty of time left for them to increase their offer just make sure the private plane is handy😀

A cynic would also plenty of time for us to accept the second/third offer and claim how we tried our hardest to keep but ultimately its great business to let the top scorer go. Hope it doesn't come to this. Blood on Sandros hands if he goes.

Based on his 45 minutes alone Saturday i would say not. Absolute horrific, as as bad as any performance i can remember

Ellis has probably only showed flashes of ability and his best spell was the run in last season under Garner where he was consistently good. This season he started off injured and most of his appearances have been at best underwhelming and at worst absolutely garbage. I'm quite surprised SL wants to sign him for Crawley as he's not been good at all this season. The good thing about Ellis is he is a useful utility player, but I think if we can get some money for him, we should thank him for his service and move him on.

I’ll put me hard hat on.

If Williams goes for decent money - although we’ll never know how much - it’s good business. IF the club have no intention of offering him a good new contract.

I’m supposing that was the situation with McKirdy and Gladwin also.

I still don’t know how we attracted Williams in the first place seeing we were under an embargo at the time and wages were capped.

I suspect that it might have been related to Williams injury history. I think when we signed him Williams wasn't able to play 90 minutes matches game after game and so we were able to offer him a contract with that injury risk? nurture him back to fitness over time etc.

That could be total bollocks mind.

I’ve noticed that that bit about Hibs’ bid being rejected was followed by ‘amid interest from other EFL clubs’.

I hope its a ridiculous suggestion come 11pm and the best performing player at the club this season is still here, that's all.
