TBF to Devine he was brought in by Taylor who soon left. Therefore his style just may not have worked under Flynn.

Yeah. He’s 20. Bound to have peaked already.

That cool, mu only reservation would be if we expect them to start performing from day 1. That's not fair.

With that in mind I hope we get some more experience into that back line to help give them the space to develop

Did we have other clauses in the twine deal as it was tribunal, i.e. International etc wondering if they follow on when he moved or if all clauses end at Franchise, have seen it with other players that certain money goes to their first club when they get e.g. international honours.

If he hits the ground running in the championship then maybe he will get a look in at U20 or U21 level ?

You would hope if we get £750,000 wedge then part will go on clearing debt and part may go to supplement the budget allowing us to pay a couple of small fee's for contracted players that are of a better quality or increase the wage budget.

I know Exeter are still getting money from Ollie Watkins despite the fact they sold him to Brentford who have since sold him to Villa.

…but…without googling it I don’t know exactly how those deals were structured (and I think they were actual club negotiated sales)

Hmmm

I think I'm in for disappointment this window aren't I.

(I'm glad Frenchy has signed, that's not my point)

We continued to get money from Austins transfer for his next 2 moves after Burnley.

He'll be 23 when the new season starts.

Bought by that dodgy NFT mob weren’t they? Probably do a Notts County and get players with money they don’t actually have.

Does feel like it'll end in tears. Telford turned down some League One clubs. Only thing that'll attract you to Crawley has to be £££.

Like Adam Rooney turning down European football with Aberdeen for Salford (who were still in the National league I think), obviously not for the wings, it was all about the challenge;)

Do Shade and Devine have the stats/data to back up Sandro's forward thinking football philosophy.
