Balsawood O'Brien.

Like a fucking whippet, would have givenUsain Bolt a run for his money but little else, especially ball control at those speeds.

I would say Dean Hooper could have caught him, but wouldnt know what to do with the ball when he got to it.

I was thinking Alan O’Brien but that may have been later, much later.

O'Brien was 2009-2011. Great sprinter, shite footballer!

IIRC pretty good car salesman these days.

There do seem to be a lot of players who were obviously fast, but didn't do much else. I'm struggling to recall too many obviously slow players mind, bar those who were just pushing their careers too far like Lilian Nalis. Pitman the obvious candidate of recent vintage.

I think he was probably THE fastest player I have ever seen for Swindon, even faster than O'Brien.

Here he is getting sent off for Posh at the CG on his return.

Don’t think Turbo was ever particularly quick. He could just run ALL game.
