Does sorting the first part lift some restrictions and then all free after the second part, or do we have to have both parts in place before any changes? |

Yes lifts some restrictions but believe we still have max weekly salary restrictions until 2nd part sorted I believe the player is one of the trialists, we have offered deals to several of them |
