Power getting a final payday?
I know his contract is up at the end of the season, but they'd still have to pay up if they want him. I can easily see them parting with a couple of hundred grand.

On their forum they are saying its definately a free, Power probably just wants him off the wage bill.

TBF he hasn't set the world on fire in his couple of performances so far so if it saves wages so we can sign new players then so be it.
Swansea do like their Welsh internationals don't they!
Yeah they do like their Welsh players. Guess we’ll see what the next few hours bring (if anything).

Freeman going according to Walesonline
Understand Swansea could sign Kieron Freeman late on deadline day.
Short-term deal until the end of the season on the cards.

Again, what were we expecting? We've got too many players, and done business early, which we usually moan about not doing. Anything today is a panic, and met with a shrug. Recruitment is not the issue.

We'd already done good business early in the window.
We still need a big lump up front, though. And a new manager.

Agree on a big hold up striker but went for Omotoye instead. Nothing much wrong with the squad. Everything wrong with the management.

My guess is the plan was/is to do both. But seeing as they cocked up with T Smith I don't know if that will still happen.

We might have done business early but we haven’t got what we need? If Sheridan wants to have a direct football team, he needs a forward who can hold up the ball. We don’t have that so it’s all pointless.

Jordon Garrick could potentially join Swindon on loan as part of the deal for Kieron Freeman to join Swansea on a permanent deal.
Waiting for official confirmation.

Would rather hunt, odimayo or caddis than the last 2 showings of Freeman. we looked so dangerous going forward at the start of the season but kept making individual errors costing us points.
we arent making as horrific errors now but sheridan has completely stripped every ounce of danger from our team. hes playing a style that we dont cater for. I honestly thought he would be gone by now.

The exact type of player Sheridan has been getting rid of. Has a bit of flare. Baffling.
