Can anyone think of a logical reason why these arbitrary timescale are in force?
Wtf does it matter when a player is signed as long as it’s before the game starts.
To give the league time to check registration I’d imagine. Would be a bit embarrassing if he played and then found out a player was ineligible to be registered. |
