As in window closing? 5pm I think. Actually I think we can sign unattached players outside then, but that have to have been released by their current club by 5pm today. ...I think ... yes: Registering new players will only be allowed outside of transfer windows if, it says in the EFL rule book:
The player is transferred on a temporary loan transfer during the extended period (i.e. before 5pm on Friday, August 31)
The player is an out-of-registration player
The player was last registered as a scholar or academy player
If agreed by the league (including where the player was last registered with a club which has ceased to trade) subject to such conditions determined by the league.

How do you know that deals are not close but then break down? I'm sure there are thousands of deals in business as a whole that are close but break down. No? or is this just exclusive to STFC? |
