Didn't see much effort myself. Also doubt he scored in the shoot out as he was subbed. Not sure about 2 assists.
He took the final penalty for us that day, Chalkies.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/league-one/10040124/Brentford-3-Swindon-Town-3-agg-4-4-pens-5-4-match-report.htmlSwindon manager Kevin MacDonald has struggled to recapture the promotion-chasing form his side displayed under Paolo Di Canio but his side’s battling qualities could not be faulted. Rooney halved the deficit against the run of play, crashing home from close range from Gary Roberts’s pass.
But moments after the restart Roberts, a veteran of three play-off campaigns with Huddersfield, was caught in possession on the halfway line and Donaldson raced clear, lofting the ball coolly over Wes Foderingham. Swindon then snatched a lifeline when Darren Ward’s header from a corner was blocked, only for full back Joe Devera to pounce on the loose ball.
Brentford’s slick passing descended into hoof-ball but they continued to keep Swindon at bay before Flint struck at the last, heading in Roberts’s corner to take the tie to extra time.
Swindon (4-4-2): Foderingham; Devera, Flint, Ward, Byrne; Ferry (Storey 78), McCormack, Luongo, Roberts; Williams (Collins 51), A Rooney (De Vita 51)

Bloody loved the two he scored away at Tranmere though, one from just inside their half and the other a sweet, sweet volley, both at our end of the ground.

A terrible side? We made the Play-Offs.
Wow, memory really is playing tricks! Was convinced he was here the year after. No doubt he could cross, just always left with the impression that he could have worked harder - I'll take back the terrible side bit.

Luke Berry, Cambridge has handed in his transfer request and will not play for them again. Probably wants to go to a higher division, but would be a great signing if we could get him.

Going to Luton
Shame - there is only about 3 sides in Division 2 whom he might consider and Luton obviously would be one of them. I'm still hoping we will get Ince on loan for the season.

Wow. If Luton don't get promoted, they will have failed miserably!

The same applies to Mansfield, their owner has backed Evans to the hilt with signings since he turned down our approach for him. But as you say if Luton don't win this league at a canter they will have failed, they must have spent loads on players and wages this Summer, but then they did get a huge wedge of cash for Marriott and Vassell.

DF hinting at a right winger coming in before the window closes.
These rumours and rumblings of Danny Mayor just wont go away.
While Mayor and Gary Roberts are essentially left sided players and Flitcroft has said he is looking at a right winger, here's a thought Nathan Byrne - not wanted at Wigan, who Power seems to have a good relationship with. Fits the ex-player rumour, too. Been a bit Ajose-like since leaving us. Wages would probably a problem, but no so much if a season-long loan.

Byrne has started every league match this season as Wigan top the league with a 100% record - I highly doubt he fancies a loan move to League 2.
Regardless, I have read nothing to suggest he is not wanted there..
