Power has regularly said the only way he can make real money is if the club is in The Championship.

It's frustrating because we can all see the squad isn't strong enough to achieve anything more than a boring mid  to lower mid table finish currently, but there's still a few weeks to go until the window closes and if we have to wait a bit longer to get better players so be it.

I hope STFC can find it's way back in to your life someday.

Tails...it's still in my life - why the fuck would I be logged in here?  It's always the first result I look for.  I will go again sometime in the future and I will therefore be a total plastic.

JJ summed it up perfectly - I've lost the buzz (believe me, in 39 years that's happened a couple of times) and it hasn't come back.  I now like stress-free footie and localism (if I can call it that) but I'm hardly betraying my long-held support by going down 6 tiers.  If I'd become a gas-head, maybe...

Spot on.

I think the vast majority of Town fans were so utterly angry and disillusioned after the PNE game at Wembley

Really?! I was over that game after about 3 mins after kickoff when Nath got stretchered off.

I miss the old rumours, the imminent signing of Cherno Samba and Shena Easton as our new manager.

Incidently, he played for Southampton last week, and by all accounts had a decent game.

He did similar last season. I very much doubt he'll get games at Southampton so he'll be pimped out to The Championship... and then to us if there's been no interest.

I think the same can be said about Jack Stephens.

I would love to have Stephens back, think he'd be brilliant in the holding midfielder role ( if Kasim were to go) and a very good CB as well

I fear that would be as likely as Kim Kardashian keeping her clothes on..
