I would take Simon Cox as his replacement but he won't come back as hes too old and would want too much in wages, would be good in the hole behind Obika.

Cox slots into the hole....yeah that would be good.

Not a rumour, but there is an article online suggesting 3 strikers to replace Ajose.

Akinfenwa, Cox and Calvin Zola

Christ, just how desperate do others think we are?

AHAHAHAHAHAHA

Who writes this shit. And who thinks those thoughts?

I'll answer my own question... @BenWheatland. Take a bow Ben, a bow of shame.

Not STFC related but Oxford have just signed Curtis Nelson from Plymouth.

Hate to say it but think they will be up there

On paper, a good signing. 22, 100+ games at this level, almost moved to Liverpool in a big deal a few years ago. Can imagine he'll be at the top of our wage structure and a direct replacement for Kasim.

Is that us or Oxford?  For some reason this thread now seems to be about their acquisitions.

They haven't paid anything yet, it'll be a tribunal jobby.

I think they are investing quite a lot in their team wage wise. The same thing they gave us shit for a few years ago. They've lost a fair bit in the last few years but I don't think it's a case of shit or bust... I don't really know enough about them tbh.
