Adu used to be quality on an old football manager. Think it was he was 15 on the game.

That was just the first example I googled and probably not the best to state what I was saying. OK, but I keep coming back to the fact that he emigrated to the US when he was 8 (or 11, according to your conspiracy theories). So the lie, if it is a lie, didn't start when he was 14/17 but when he was 8/11. So it would have to have been set up 6 years before he became a mini star and backed up with sufficient documentation to fool US immigration. Sorry, but I don't buy that. (And those extra websites don't provide additional evidence, they just restate the same un-evidenced hypothesis and supposition as the original piece. In fact the original piece was probably a copy and paste job from one of them or vice versa. That's not evidence, that's just demonstrating the spread of a rumour) |
