last year he had 2 years left on his contract, now he has less than 12 months & could sign a pre contract agreement in 3 months for nothing.
It was also obvious (from both player & club) that he wasn't going to play for us again.
If true we have the same amount that Blackpool were going to pay.
Also shows what a good deal we got for Flint.
Indeed....showing how good the current board are with negotiating.... |

I think Dany will be a beast at this level. Big and strong with very tricky feet and a turn of pace. He's never been prolific but he should chip in with a few.
I'm absolutely delighted with whoever is doing the player recruitment this season.

Reading a little about him it sounds like he's going to play on the wing for us. We have plenty of options for the front 3 now with Ranger, N'Guessan, Reis, El Gabas, Pritchard and Storey. Let's hope El Gabas and N'Guessan look as good as the other signing's we have made!
