He said from any one club....ie Spurs.  Don't know if it is a rule mind.

The maximum number of loans from any one club is 4.

Quote
The use of foreign loan players circumvented Football League rules which restrict match-day squads to five domestic loan players, with a maximum of four from any one club.

And the official wording , 4 + 1 youth.

Quote
52.3.2 Up to 4 loan Players (Standard, Emergency or Youth) may join one Club from another Club in any Season. An additional Youth Loan Player may be added to this figure.

But this was posted on the FL Website in 2011. They would surely have updated it by now if there was a rule change?

That article on Watford says only 2 loans from one club (domestically that is) so who knows?

Who we actually got training with us other than Grant Hall, Luongo and Byrne then? I'm assuming at least one of those will be permanent anyway.

Alex Pritchard too apparently, or at least he will be once he's finished with England U20s; attacking midfielder.

That must be wrong, as we had 3 from Spurs here at one point last year.

Sam - you better have just started following Titus Bramble on twitter as an attempted wind up.

Good point. Not like the BBC to be wrong. :-)

Maybe they mean long term loans rather than "emergency" loans. The whole system is a bit of a minefield IMO.

Seems like a good bet, strong team last year thats added good players from other league 1 teams.

Wait and see who Wolves retain though as i'm sure they'll win it, their budget with the parachute payments still in force will make it difficult for everyone else to challenge i think
