I heard Jed only wanted to sign him as they had already printed Gary Roberts shirt for the season ahead and didn't fancy forking out £1.50 per letter on Oxlaide-Chamberlain.

When I changed jobs a few years ago, I turned down the company's first & second offers, but accepted their third. I wouldn't be surprised if we're planning a second offer for Roberts this week. If not I'm sure we've other irons in the fire.

Yeah, he did. 52.3.1 A maximum of 5 loan Players (Standard, Emergency or Youth) can be named in the Players listed on a team sheet for any individual match played under the auspices of The League. This figure shall include any additional loan of a goalkeeper approved by the Executive under the provisions of Regulation 54. |

Isn't it a maximum of 5 (domestic) loans in the matchday squad, with 4 from the same club. Have they changed it (the latter)? 52.3.2 Up to 4 loan Players (Standard, Emergency or Youth) may join one Club from another Club in any Season. An additional Youth Loan Player may be added to this figure.
