Would be great news if McCormack signs a new deal. Not good enough to fill in for Flint leaving at CB in this league, but he impressed me massively as a CM toward the end of the season.

If true it makes things begin to look a little better with goings on at the club.
Think Flint will be a loss but don't see that we can't replace him. He draws the eye because of his dominance in the air but hopefully either TAH comes good or we can get a CB who can play the ball on the ground (hopefully the style kmac will go for). The worry is if Ward can get through another season at his age i guess.

I don't see any concern with that. He's only 35 next season and has always been a real fitness freak, so should be good for another couple of years at least at this level. |
