Pericard was another Fitton signing if you believe the rumours!
But others are saying that Fitton had nothing whatsoever to do with any of the signings. The actual truth is we probably wont ever know the extent that he was involved. The thing with Pericard though was that at Carlisle before he signed for us he was banged in 4 goals in 10 games which would attract several prospective new clubs on goals alone. The fact that we did not play to his strengths could be said to be the fault of the manager. I am sure Pericard had strengths anyway  |
