I hope so, hes far too lightweight at the moment that way he can build up match fitness and confidence and bulk up a bit I hope, he reminds me of Ling when we first signed him, obvious talent but lacking in motivation and strength....which in Ling changed, can it in Rooney? only time will tell. |

When asked if PDC was confident he could get players in before the window 'slams shut', he replied confidently and mentioned that Phil Spencer had a very good relationship with one club in particular. I wondered at the time if that was Charlton, based upon the fact that we have had both Benson and Hollands from them. Sheff Utd forums (and media) seem to think he is going there. Guess we'll see in 24 hours or so. |

If we had sent out a letter saying every player is for sale I'm sure there has been enquiries for more than the players mentioned so far. It was a sale, that's what happens.
