Cox has joined Northampton on loan for 3 months I think.
Good news if true. Sounds positive on the Benson front as well but looks unlikely anything will happen with Luke Rooney. Personally I think Di Canio should tell him to get his head down in training (like Ferry did after the Wilson era) and start thinking about his future. Just show him a picture of Michael Johnson and that should be motivation enough. Still potentially a good option off the bench IMO just lost his way and needs to be set straight. Also that Collins thing is bollocks. Firstly we wouldn't let him go as he's our second best striker and secondly any decent scout worth his salt whose watched him since the beginning of the season should see he's not got the consistency for Championship/ Premiership!!!! level yet. He has looked very good since Portsmouth however, and was upstaging Williams for a spell, despite Di Canio hauling him harshly off the pitch.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me. Wolves should pay us money, and provide us with Cassidy in exchange for Collins. It was the useless lump bit i was on about

I'd like to keep our squad together as much as possible to be honest and without a takeover before the end of the transfer window (unlikely) then I dont think we'd have much of a chance to bring in a player to replace Collins. He's not good enough for the Championship yet either.

Wolves fans not too keen on him. http://www.molineuxmix.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?s=0a9698bcb057097dc9dfd74a11d9612c&t=78303If they offer a LOT of money then maybe cash in but I would keep him, he has a lot of potential and obviously knows where the net is.

Bit of an odd rumour this one. I think he has a great future but I can't see why a championship club would be interested in him now, other than as a "one for the future" bit part player.

You'd think so, although don't they already have one of those in Jake Cassidy?

@SamMorshead_SA: PDC told today's press conference that Rooney and Cox could both move out on loan in next day or so. More on @swindonadver website at 4.30pm

I cannot believe he is still playing in a higher division than we are in and that clubs are actually paying money to sign him! He is awful.

A Mirror journalist on Twitter is saying that Dave Jones is trying to shift Gary Madine out to us. No surprise really.

To be fair to Nouble, did Danny Wilson actually ever play him up front?
