Reads like a pre cursor to becomming the primary tenant and future owner to me!!  They then got the big crowd which just solidifies their position I think.

That's a shame, Pompey were without McLeod and presumably Benson for tomorrow. Now they have a striker.

I was on a Pompey forum yesterday, there were one or two re-enforcing that despite his goals McLeod is a lazy so-and-so and not a team player.  Its pretty much what I have seen every time he has playeed against us. I hope he isn't on our radar.

Might be wrong here, but I think as tomorrow is a holiday any new signings cant be registered to play until Wednesday

Mcleod's left Pompey by mutual consent, replaced by David Connolly.
He's 35 and without a club since being released by Southampton, I think pompy are awaiting league clearance for him to play.....
Not sure who will be upfront for them tommorow.

One or two yes...many wanted him to stay also.

GET HIM HERE!

Only 28

43 in his last  96 games is a good lazy record....oh and we could do with a penalty taker Wink

103 from 342. Not as prolific as you'd think Smiley

I think we need a bruiser not a snoozer (tm).

Thats got nothing to do with the point i was making. If rugby becomes more popular in Oxford then it will only support London Welsh's claim to buy the Kassam.

Collins will come good if given a run.

Ooosh!

Lee Cox has tweeted today saying he wants to stay at Oxford but it's out of his hands. Looks like he is coming back here for now.

I was listening to the BBC Radio Oxford post-match programme after I lost reception to our programme on the way back yesterday.  They really seem to rate him there.  Hopefully they will take him off our hands this month.  Certainly no reason I can think of as to why we would stand in their way.
