Yes
I didn't get the argument at the time and I still don't get it now.

We played our best side available, who cares when he was signed you put out the side most likely to win the match and he was our best left back available by a mile. It was Cibocchi he replaced, wasn't it? Who a few weeks earlier cost us 2 goals at Oxford and was subbed after 20 minutes. So not as though we replaced our best player.

Not like playing McEveley or John Bostock's 20 minute cameo cost us anyway.

Did we play our best team avalible on tues? If so why did we lose? Paolo raves about players being fit when clearly Hollands and Martin are not, yet they played 90mins.

But to get match fit means playing matches, Hollands and Martin are another two players who would walk into most league one sides. Paolo is thorough in picking a team he thinks will win that game. It will never be that straight forward or we would be top. Would rather Martin than Rooney to start with Collins.

FWIW, first half at least I thought Hollands looked class. Faded a bit second half but as NR says that's perhaps understandable re match fitness

Notts County went for Iwelumo after missing out on Hnjfheokd from the centre of the keyboard...

I'd imagine SY will know all about him.

I remember Iwelumo playing for Brighton against us in the PO's he was embarrassingly poor...amazingly he's been gainfully employed ever since, and even picked up a handfull of caps for the Sweaties, which tells you everything about how their satndards have plummeted.

That would have been the two legs of football where Heywood marked Iwelumo out of the tie! Another indication of Iwelumo's standing in football...

I actually agree with you! I was just trying to land a cheap shot on Iwelumo...

Moving/moved back to the Ciren area apparently. Working at something like John Lloyd or some such. Hope you enjoyed these vague Heywood facts.

Heywood, sullied his reputation by decamping to the Slave Traders....the fact he was shite for every other team, suggests he might have been better off sticking with us.

Yet another famous name to add to the likes of Llewelyn-Bowen, Pam Ayres and Dom Joly
