I won't be happy until we've signed a Norwegian
I suspect you may have to live with an ongoing inner gloom then.

Slomas? You mean we're resigning Neil Ruddock?  Wink
only if enough fabric can be sourced from adidas to make his kit.

Real shame Caddis has left, Thought he would of been with us for many years. The reason behind the supposed fall out with Paolo may or may not come to light but Paul stuck with us when many others couldn't get out quick enough so I wish him well for the future.

Did he have a choice? He was under contract and worth money. So much so that the club extended his contract via a clause. Don't get me wrong, I wish he was still here but he doesn't seem to have done too badly out of this...

So do we pre agree a fee with Birmingham now?  Or is that negotiated at the end of the season?

Sorry if its been mentioned before, but doe we know how many signings Paolo has made now? Im intrigued to see a league table of singings in the last 14 months compared to the other 91 league teams. Surely we must be top?

I tend to agree. We will never know the full story and I get the feeling he wasn’t to chuffed when the clause was activated. It's either Paul engineered a move out of the club, or Paolo got it wrong on this one.
Either way I am not too bothered as we have a cracking group of players, and are in one of the most exciting eras I can remember.

BBC reporting it is a swap deal now not a loan deal....

Surely Caddis is worth more money than Rooney ?

forwards are generally worth more than right backs. We have not done too badly so far with our goals for and against ratio. If Rooney scores 15 this season then Caddis will be a distant memory. The king is dead, long live the king!

Caddis is not tested at CH level, Rooney is.

I don't think we will, I feel we will dabble in the loan market if and when we need a replacement.
