I suspect that he is still our player because he is picking up a nice wad of cash, which other clubs won't offer. Hopefully if he plays well for Oxford someone will want to sign him permanently. PDC doesnt seem to change his mind on players - Other than for them to go down in his estimation. P.S. No one has sent me a pm ! :-( |

My mate said Ben Smith is a possibility, but I think that was because we'd been drinking. Surely Di Canio wouldn't be looking for a 'young' keeper who was surplus to requirements at Shrewsbury? I'd imagine he'd want someone a fair bit older than Super Wes to provide competition/advice. Sorry if I'm late to the party and missed the conversation on this.
