I see Richard  Wright has done a Beauchump

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18749431

though to be fair I'm not sure I'd hack living away from the family. The cynic in me says he's found another club closer to home.

Hes coming here Wink

I know fuck all about PNE or Graham Wesley but I'm gonna go with, he quickly realised his manager is an amateur who over achieved at bloody Stevenage and wtf is he doing in charge of a club like Preston.

Or - he is telling the truth and although it made sense on paper, once away from his family he realised it wasn't worth it.  How many of us would enjoy living away from our loved ones?  I know I couldn't do it.

Didn't a manager do something similar a few years back. Said he needed to quit for personal reasons, the club accepted and then a few days later he signed for someone else and they went fucking ape shit. London club maybe?

Iain Dowie left Crystal Palace citing the fact he wanted to be closer to his family up north.... and was promptly unveiled as Charlton Athletics new manager. Palace chairman Simon Jordan did indeed go 'ape shit'.

Clubs fighting over Iain Dowie to be their manager, how times have changed.

Some Coventry fan on Twitter is claiming that we're signing their 'keeper, Joe Murphy.

But having Dowie means that even if you look like Quasimodo you still wont be the ugliest bloke at the club

Has won only 3 games in 21 since he took over, and in addition to accusing his players of leaking tactics to the opposition he seems a little odd.

Oh and Ridsdale is chairman there so god help them.....

Murphy was a total wanker that day. Stewards caused a mini riot which was fun. Coxy was class though so we had the last laugh.

I've always thought Graham Westley was decidedly odd right from when he was at Farnborough. He's certainly split the fan base...

And how Ridsdale is still involved in football is beyond me.

Wilson trying to sign a French striker who impressed at Carlisle. What could possibly go wrong?
