Seeing the scouts were at Arsenal this week, maybe the Boateng loan is on again?

Prem clubs don't tend to let their players drop to L2 without the guarantee of a starting place. I don't see PDC wanting the Flint/McCormack partnership being jeopardised.

Apparently the loan deal is more Carrick and Milner like rather than a Nouble, so hopefully it is an attacking option

From the Arse website not a left back.....

Quote
A powerful centre-back who can play across the back four, Daniel made the step up to the Reserves last season and became a regular fixture for the second string.

The dominant defender signed professional terms with the Club before the start of the 2010/11 campaign and featured for both the Under-18s and the second string during the opening months of the season.

Athletic and commanding, he soon became a consistent member of Neil Banfield’s side, playing at both centre-back and right-back, making 16 appearances.

Bournemouth fans are claiming they have come back in for Ritchie and bid £650k for him

As that 650k will be made up of add ons, clauses for appearances etc. etc. it should fall way short of expectations.  Bourenmouth are taking the piss to be honest.  After they went public last time we should publicly tell them where to stick it.

I am sure Wray realises if he sells players against paulos wishes then Paolo might just walk.  I do think we will get an offer though at some point in the january window but £650k is very light...............stick a 1 in front of it and it might be more appealing.

A lot depends on Ritchie himself,if he is interested then the club may feel the need to cash in.

Ritchie seems to have improved since that 500k was rejected. My guess is he is still happy here. I honestly think it would take a Championship team to lure him rather than a L1 side. He knows he could be playing L1 football next season potentially with us and if he sticks around i'm sure there will be more interest in the summer.

I just can't see why Ritchie would be so desperate to want to get to league 1 he'd sign for Bournemouth.

I realise that sounds disrespectful to them,  it isn't supposed to be. But surely even if we don't go up he'd be better off waiting to see what else comes along either in this window or in the summer. There must be more ambitious clubs than Bournemouth considering him

No chance they will sell to Ritchie us - they see themselves as a bigger club than us (which is probably true).

And going through the rich list thing I posted up last week - they have alot of money behind them too..so can't see it.
