Looks like we were trying to sign Jon Parkin.
Well probably, he's just signed for Huddersfield on loan so it makes sense to me.
He fits the bill as did Paul Benson, both well over 6 foot and both have a good scoring reocrd in the lower leagues. I guess there arent too many of those type of players out there. |

I can't remember where I saw it and it may be bollocks but Derby wanted to bring him back on loan. If true then I wouldn't expect to see him here anytime soon. |
