Hall featured alongside Ward for most of the 13/14 season.
My recollection of him was that he often seemed a bit hit and miss, but you cannot knock the career he has had over the past 10 years.

I think he had quite a long injury lay off part way through as well before coming back at the end, by which time Pritchard and Mason were taking all the plaudits of the Spurs loanees.

Keep him fit and he's a good player. From recollection, he wasn't that quick - but how many 6ft4 centre backs are? I would have loved Morrison back here, but Hall would be a solid signing too.
And on the topic of keeping everyone fit - do we have a full time physio yet? And fitness coach?

If you were an agent involved in the moving of players in and out of STFC over the last three seasons, you'd be on to a good thing.

That might explain why we keep getting linked to left backs. Same for renewals Rob - Kololo in particular would have had three inside eight months (initial 6 weeks, EOS extension and then option taken up)

Grant Hall?
Showing on Wikipedia Grant Hall. Swindon 2024 -2025 for what it’s worth. Also current club Swindon Town.

Am I the only one who has no recollection whatsoever about him playing for us before? I've looked him up and eveything but still I can't remember a thing about him?!
Same. But a lot of the Lee Power is like that for me as I stopped paying attention.

I was quite excited about Hall yesterday, but his injury record over the past few years is slightly concerning. Seems a slight gamble.

It’s definitely a high risk, high reward signing. I personally think he’s worth the risk. Stays fit and he’s one of the best defenders in the league.

Was a trialist apparently. He's no league experience so doubt many will know
