I can’t really remember how/why Phil Smith made so many appearances in the post play off season. I have a vague memory of Lucas losing form and obviously there were rumours of dressing room issues with the ex Leeds mob of which he was one. But I remember him as a much better goalkeeper than Phil, who I’d file under loyal servant and one great night at the Valley…

Swindon fan on twitter has suggested Nathan Thompson is joining Stevenage. Believe he referenced knowing a family member before or something on those lines.

If NT has moved to the Peterborough area that would make perfect sense as Stevenage to Posh is only about an hour drive. Also the Stevens are in L1 too. |
