Nothing against him personally but that would amuse me somewhat if it happened to Harry and Hibs.  Cool

wow, harsh.

i assume his registration reverted to the selling club but that they wouldn't play him due to risk of injury?

who pays the wages?!

If its like Silva I think Sporting got their transfer fee and Leicester paid his wages from September to January, he was a Leicester player, just couldn't be registered to play.

Apologies its the Scum https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/4570751/adrien-silva-leicester-window/

My one concern would be who fucked up the lodging of the paperwork, if it was us I could see Hibs clobbering us for compensation.

Unless their delay in finally sayin "Och, fuckitt, we'll hae the bugger" was too late for us to submit stuff at our end.

One of the local jock rags said the deal was completed at 1.20am. So time was up even before it was signed.

All the blather their end is heaping the blame on us when it was them trying to renegotiate a verbal agreement that pushed the deal over time.

Pissed off to have lost McKirdy but understand it and at least we have replaced him. If the boys coming in are mustard then we might be able to turn this around. But they pretty much all have to be and we have to not get unlucky with injuries as well.

Won't matter what was the cause, if we were potentially tardy in lodging the paperwork which has fucked things up I fear we could be liable in some way.

It’s hardly our fault if it took 1.20 to get the deal done. 2 sides to every deal.

Can you imagine McKirdy sitting in the side-lines not being able to play until January, not able to train properly.

His first game for his new club he goes out there with all his frustration and being wound up....red card after 72 mins - 3 game ban
