Just kind of moving away from individual players for a few seconds and revisiting player budgets. There has over the time of Pee Lower been many suppositions as to how much we had to play with or how big the budget was in relation to others in the league (whichever one we were in) like say Salford who surely will up there again this season. We must have a decent budget to play with this year going by the fact Clem won’t be dipping his hands into the kitty to ‘fund’ a lifestyle and our CEO having co e from a financial background. So maybe players who we thought of as out of reach previously may, just maybe within reach. Yeas I know we ‘have’ an embargo to work through but I reckon we’re better off than we have been for a number of years.

Can't seem to find the specific quotes, but I recall an interview with Fitton around 08/09 when we did the £200 season ticket 6k target and he said that an average attendance of 7500 in L1 based on that pricing would result in a budget of £2.5mn.

Another announcement imminent (not itk, just reporting the official Twitter)

If it's Kelly, we're officially playing 3-6-1 next season.

Romoney Crichlow. LB/LCB from Huddersfield on a season long loan. Comments from Huddersfield fans are positive which is a good sign. Expected to 'smash it' in League 2.

Romoney Crichlow, defender on loan from Huddersfield. Nope, me neither.

Last Huddersfield defender we had was good though.

Oh. It’s CH and CF we need most.

One Hudds fan suggesting they see him more as a CB and would expect him to play there this season. Time will tell, and his position will likely be dictated by who is injured any given week.

Terribly things like that have happened a few times to Black British returning 'home', to somewhere they don't really understand, where they can be seen as rich, aloof foreigners.
