This. And another thing. The recent IOS update has fucked the voice of google maps. The bloke cannot pronounce the letter T in anything and particularly noticeable with road numbering’s. |

You're way ahead of me as I don't get updates anymore on my iPad fourth edition and the damn thing keeps lagging which I'm not sure if it's the iPad getting old or rubbish BT wifi |

Clear out your photos, if you want them transfer them to a dongle and delete apps you really don’t use or need. You can go into settings to see how much free space you have. Obvs the less space the more likely you cannot get an update. |
