Hartlepool's signing of Ritchie Jones was the main reason I was happy we had brought Wilson to STFC.
Jones had left Old Trafford and had plenty of decent suitors yet chose Hartlepool United. The signings of Scott Cuthbert and Jonathan Douglas proves that Wilson can sell a club to a player. Certainly something Malpas couldn't do.

They didn't seem to rate Wilson either, what do they know?

There is no 'capital outlay on players' planned so I do not see that happening

Surely that means they are just going to spend what they make through sales?

No, that would be 'no net capital outlay'

It just means they won't be buying players from London clubs

this isnt a transfer rumor but when sturrock was in charge he was trying to sign adebayo akinfenwa and pulled out at the last min due to injury. he has turned down a new contract at northampton and now left the club and i think we should pick him up on a 1 year deal because he will be such a hnadful for defenders and is so strong and apparently he is already in talks with 1 un named championship team
