Likewise. I often remember midweek games when i see a thread on here, just before it starts, or driving through town and notice the flood lights on... I like it that way though, gets me properly excited when i realise i can go and watch football.

Apperetly the goal posts have moved on one, but hopeful of getting the other in - but not in time for tomorrow.

Kevin Phillips on loan from Birmingham City until January is apparently where the goal posts moved and where DW said "if we said names lots of teams would want him" Probably an un-reliable source but is a pub manager who is a BCFC fan who called me at work today saying that was the rumour up that way.

That's just odd.  Phillips would surely be scooped up by a Championship club after his performances last season.

Fitton said in an interview before the game that the deal was done and agreed by all parties (us, Celtic, Ferry), but the paperwork wouldn't go through until January. Which is a bit of concern, another club could come in for him.

Wouldn't have thought so if it is signed, well hope not. He seems to like it here, and glad to be playing.

I dont think he's Theo Robinson.

Except it sounded like the agreement was verbal and nothing had been signed yet.

Wuld have thought so as well. Thought it was bollocks but this a rumours section not fact and was told by someone in Birmingham so... Would be the kind of target that "loads of clubs would go for if they knew he was available" though.
