Massimo nearly stacking it saved that video from being the dullest thing I've ever watched.

I think the glaringly obvious pointing you're missing is they were players pushing for the top of League One, he'll we were top of League One.

Say what you like about their post Swindon careers all you want but those players nearly got us promoted.

Will we get that close to promotion this season with a few players contract to a top 5 Premier League club, will we bollocks.

Lets also not under estimate that managers can and do have positive effects on players. We had one who was very good at it.
So what you're saying then is that last season we had excellent players, this season less so. So presumably then the fact we knocked out a squad full of Premier League quality players last night, following on from a similar feat last season but with (in your opinion) lesser players is due to us having a manager this season who is much better at "having a positive effect on players". Never had you pegged as a Cooper cheer-leader but I see where your logic is going ...

Let them have him, I don't understand why so many people wanted him here.

Yes

Quite bizarre. Scored in 2 of the 11 matches he played for us.

He only scored in 4 games, 5 goals in total (think that's what he means).

For the record, I didn't think he was very good, but was helped out by just how rubbish Ronan Murray was after him.

The usually reliable Wikipedia let me down on this occasion. Even so, the clamour from a few fans to see his return is very strange.

AFCB have just spunked a load of cash on a new striker. Wouldn't be surprised if we end up with Thomas after all.
