Very happy with the Ward signing, he has been very good despite a shaky start.
Agree completely. This is why I would be willing to give Troy the benefit of the doubt until he was to get a similar run of games. Ward also looked like a hoof merchant when he first arrived but once he settled into our style seems more patient and composed on the ball.

Nah, Ward is still a hoofer. But he makes me feel safe from harm just sat in the stands, so lord knows how beneficial it must be for the rest of our defence, who are all in their first full season in defence at this level.

I see Benno's turned down a move to Bradford. Just imagine what a strike force of Connell and Benson would be like in League Two!

A match made in heaven, lazy fuker. Apparently he took a fairly large wage cut to join them from Pompey.

From what I saw of him against Pompey, he was very far from being a hoofer. Although the midfield play the ball backwards far too often for my liking, Ward in the centre of the back line was regularly passing accurately across field to left and right - But I agree about feeling safe from harm - rock solid almost every time (whereas in the 1st half, I shut my eyes every time their classy looking RB overlapped down the wing - he was given far too much space by Alan Mac and Rafa, and Mac's passing was very wayward. Very pleased ward has signed - he is also a nice guy!!

He's certainly done the rounds since leaving us! Chesterfield, Charlton, Crawley, Scunthorpe and now Coventry in just over a year

All C-words except for Scunthorpe the only football league team name with c*nt actually in the title. I think even his agent is in on the joke.

Mac's passing was very wayward.
Except for his sublime pass to Ritchie to assist the 4th though, right?
