City may be a good choice, although a decade or so ago we where the #1 in the west county. We also have a Premiership and cup history whereas they don't. It is fease-able (Sp) also that in 2 or 3 seasons we could overtake them again. In saying that though they are a big city and so potentially have more potential.

If anything, from a completely unbiased view perhaps reading should be chosen over city, if only because of their more recent higher status.

 Cheesy

Ace innit, I did that deliberately. Honest.

Not much going on in the east Janaage from your list apart from the top of the country.
Wolves bigger club than Birmingham
Ipswich or Norwich would have to be in the set up
Defnitely no to Cardiff and Bristol City

Celtic and Rangers definitely IN.

I know Dell, but Nottm Forest is east midlands.  Not sure of the appeal of East Anglian sides internationally.  That's why Cardiff was put in for the Wales factor.

Plymouth instead of City then, Devon, Cornwall catchment area?
