the same way in which, the 9 games Peacock has missed, we've lost 7 and drawn 1 and won 1.

Peacock is the glue that holds our team together. He clearly has the respect of those around him and makes the effort to constantly talk to those around him.

I'd be surprised if he isn't captain next season, because he already is in all but title.

Vincent and Ifil look an excellent pair because they both have what the other lacks.

As DRS says, I've been slating Aljofree for yonks and now people are cottoning on to the fact that we're better without him. It was the same with O'Hanlon, Rhys Evans etc etc... I guess I'm just a bit quicker on the uptake than the rest of you  Wink

Ah the old make the stats read what you like trick, Aljofree started very well and has faded as the season's gone on, Peacocks like dave mitchell ,doesn't seem to do that much that you notice but you miss him when he's not there.

To be fair as soon as Vincent steps in at CB we keep 2 clean sheets. I think the bloke is better in the centre. Aljofree has been OK this season but nothing more than that really. Will be interesting next season if Kanyuka is fit.

Quite clearly we kept the clean sheets because Peacock was up front.

I'll tell you another fact, If we didn't have Hasney, Ifil wouldn't be half as good as he is.

Although he has been better in the games he hasn't played.
