Got to play at Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium from next season

Sad they have to leave Millmoor but at least they've got somewhere to play.

Sensible that they had a replacement lined-up.

Obviously it's not ideal is A) it is not in Rotherham and B) it has an athletics track. But it isn't too far to travel and I've seen much worse grounds! Glad they've got something sorted anyway

Some Spanish bloke who founded the first settlement there (bit like Jebediah Springfield in my mind) - probably invented cutlery.

I've been there and it ain't no Withdean! It was built for the World Student Games back in 1991 (I think) and holds about 25000.

The trams runs very nearby so it won't be too hard to get to. But when I last went - ten years ago or so- there weren't many pubs - or much else. Especially none as good as near(ish) Milmoor where you had the full range of beers: bitter, heavy and mild.

Saf to hear, I expect the gready ground owners will bulldoze it for housing, let's hope that Rotherham council reject any plans though.

Nice to see that Rotherham are not going to be held to ransom.
