I've been watching early series of awesome kiddies itv show Knightmare. I'm not sure if it's just the sort of people who'd go on Knightmare, but seriously, do these people have any standards?

I'm not one to leave claims un-backed up, so I'll find some pictures.

Give me a min.

I can only speak from experience, but I knew a few teenage birds in the early 80's and they were as fit as butcher's dogs.

I've given it some thought, and it's probably that I'm just used to today's TV, where only the sexiest of under-age kids are allowed on our tellies. I might be being a bit harsh on number 1 and the other two might just be poor fashion sense, but they are all from the first episode.

Think you'd have liked the 80's show Minipops FB......here's an Observer review.

"Is it merely priggish to feel queasy at the sight of primary school minxes with rouged cheeks, eye make-up and full-gloss lipstick belting out songs like torch singers and waggling those places where they will eventually have places? The final act of last week's show featured a chubby blonde totlette, thigh-high to a paedophile, in a ra-ra skirt and high heels; her black knickers were extensively flashed as she bounced around singing the words 'See that guy all dressed in green/He's not a man, he's a loving machine.' Kiddieporn, a shop-window full of junior jailbait? And does the show thrust premature sexual awareness onto its wide-eyed performers?"
