weird how last year he was arrested daily for drug offences and driving offences yet he seems to be out of trouble for a while and he gets locked up!

Pointless to send him to Jail though.
Hes a druggy certainly but as far as Im aware he isnt a thief or violent.Prison wont cure his drug abuse,it will make it worse if anything.Quite why he hasnt turned up for his rehab and stuff is stupid,you'd think his record company and management would drag him there.
I cant help but like the bloke though.

From what I've heard from people who've seen him out and about in Marlborough, he's actually a pretty decent bloke. You can take this as gospel from a Marlborough local and a frequent visitor to the Sun... he is indeed. Minded his own business but would have a chat if you approached him. I'm also a Babyshambles fan so no gripes these days with Pete Doherty. The way I see it is that he's a celeb, he's not a master criminal and seeing as he's not doing anyone else any harm, why not leave him to get on with it? if he ends up killing himself then so be it, but it's his life. |
